Angela Schmidt and Nicole Lampman are passionate about music and the development of children. They bring years of experience to each and every class. They create a fun, informal, social setting that spurs engagement and supports each child's musical development.

Angela Schmidt
Angela is the director of Hand in Hand Music and is beginning her fourteenth year of teaching Music Together® classes. Angela is a music therapist and has a Masters' Degree in Family and Child Development. As a registered Music Together teacher, Angela loves to share the joy of music with families in and around the Saline/Ann Arbor area and has extensive experience using the Music Together curriculum with children with special needs. In addition, Angela has enjoyed leading children's music groups at her church and exploring music at home with her own daughters, Sarah age 17 and Rachel age 14.

Nicole Lampman
Nicole is a registered Music Together teacher and is beginning her ninth year of teaching the Music Together curriculum during our popular evening classes. Nicole also enjoys sharing the joy of Music Together with the families at My Urban Toddler. She received her BS degree in nursing from Michigan State University where she played French horn in the concert bands and was a member of the Marching Band and Spartan Brass for five years. Nicole has performed with the Lansing and Ann Arbor Concert Bands and currently enjoys playing in her church orchestra and bell choir. She attended Music Together class for eight years with her sons, Alex who is now age 13 and Ryan age 10.
