Please submit the following registration form via the internet and by mail with a check when you are ready to register for a class. Payment is required before registration can be confirmed. Siblings who are younger than 9 months (born after 12/21/07) attend FREE! Tuition for each 9 week session of 45-minute classes includes a CD, songbook, and parent education guide. Refunds for the fall session will not be given after September 19, 2008.
The registration fee for classes at the Saline United Methodist Church is $146 for the first child and $106 for siblings over 9 months. The registration fee for classes at My Urban Toddler is $191 for the first child and $151 for siblings. The My Urban Toddler class fee includes the daily admittance fee to My Urban Toddler so that families can play before and after music class. In addition, families will receive 9 FREE additional passes for My Urban Toddler. Infant siblings over 4 months who attend the Music Together classes for free will be required to pay the daily admittance fee to Urban Toddler.
A NEW Big Kids Music Together class for children ages 5 and 6 will be held on Mondays at My Urban Toddler. Younger siblings are invited for supervised play and a snack in the My Urban Toddler play space while parents or caregivers attend class with the Big Kids. The Tour Guide package is $5 per week. A 2 week advance reservation is required.
Families who took classes with us in the Spring of 2008 will receive first priority when registering for classes. This early registration period ends August 20th. New families can register at any time, but their registration will not be processed until after August 25th. Following this early registration period, new and returning families will be placed in a class on a first come, first served basis.
If you would like to be placed on a mailing list for a full class, please contact us to let us know which classes you would prefer and we will contact you if an opening would occur.
Please state at least two class choices. If you are a new family, please note additional class choices in the comments section of this form. For example, 3rd choice: Wed. 9:15 4th choice: Wed 1:00, etc.
We will make every attempt to give you your first class choice, but this is not always possible due to the popularity of the early morning times.
You will receive a confirmation of your registration once payment has been received and class assignments are made. If for some reason, we cannot accommodate your class requests this session, you will receive a full refund. No refunds for withdrawals will be given after September 19, 2008.
